Return and Exchange

The goal at Mr. Kilt is to make the best product we can. As a result, we strive to provide the easiest and most convenient return and exchange process.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order shipment date on items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned with the invoice and all tags attached, in its original packaging.
  • Approximately two weeks are required for returns to be processed.
  • All items that are damaged or missing or are delivered incorrectly by the carrier are our responsibility
  • You can contact our support team at support@mrkilt.com with details if you receive defective or wrong items, and we will start the investigation as soon as possible.

A CUSTOM ORDER

Unfortunately, we cannot refund CUSTOM ORDERS kilts that are made to your specifications, so please measure carefully before ordering. Additionally, adding custom features like belt loops, sewn down pleats, leather buckle straps, custom hem lengths, pockets, or fringe is considered custom. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, in which case we will refund shipping costs.

GOODS WITH FAULTS

If you find a fault with an item, please return it to us within 15 days, and remember to contact us before you do so.

If we manufacture your order incorrectly or the sizes are incorrect. Your order can be returned, replaced, or refunded. We are happy to make changes for you if you send us an email. Within 10 days, your order will be shipped.
